Course Description

This suite of (5) courses present the fundamentals to delivering a good experience to customers, members and guests in a dining environment. Whitney will take you through every step required from setting the table (indoor settings versus outdoor settings; casual and formal; how to roll silverware); teach the proper greeting upon arrival to the dining room; educate on how to take orders and share tips and techniques for taking orders properly and consistently; teach the sequence of service; educate on discreet selling methods.
