Course Description

In this short Basic Knife Skills course, we review the different knives used in the kitchen. We also demonstrate typical cuts used in the kitchen, and we conclude with a brief review of how to sharpen your knives.

Our goal is to leave you feeling more confident with your knife skills, to teach you to handle these tools safely, and to help you maintain the tools in which you have invested so that they will last for many years.
